What You Will Do:
Guidehouse has an exciting opportunity in our Public Health Segment to provide strategy and transformation support for a cabinet level client. Our management consulting professionals help our clients identify, evaluate, and solve some of their most complex challenges, assisting them in achieving their strategic goals and objectives to fulfill their mission and comply with Federal laws and regulations.
The candidate will have deep experience in strategy, transformation, and change management, including understanding customer needs, facilitating strategic planning, conducting organizational assessments, performing business process reengineering, and designing customer engagement and change management plans and roadmaps.
The candidate will have responsibility for Program Support and Wave Implementation /Migration. Responsible for providing technical and subject matter support to the implementation process. Support the Program Office and provide subject matter expertise and knowledge around major systems transformation, wave implementation and migration, SaaS delivery model adoption to support the development of the Departments solution.
The candidate will have responsibility for client management, including driving client impact from strategy through implementation.
What You Will Need :
Subject matter expertise and knowledge of financial management and acquisition business transformations
Expert knowledge on SaaS delivery model adoption
Demonstrated project management expertise on similar complex Federal Department wide financial and acquisition system implementation
Demonstrated experience and expertise, including certification when applicable for all technology tools in support of the Knowledge Management efforts
US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a federal Public Trust
5 years minimum of experience
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college/university
Strong communications skills, including both written and verbal
Strong critical analysis and problem-solving skills
Highly developed organizational and management skills
Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive priorities without diminished effectiveness
Ability to travel as required
