What you get to do:

Develop our teams with hands-on coaching sessions

Assess strengths and development areas of our people with feedback sessions

Ensure consistent achievement of production & quality standards

Track and measure the progress of our teams

Provide just-in-time training to ensure optimum performance levels

Partner with hiring managers to train and ensure optimum success levels

What you need to bring:

5 years of direct hire recruiting experience

Success using both analytics and relationships to drive results

History of coaching people to the highest level of success

Comfort in a position with a major impact opportunity

Solid sales ability

Passion for being “in the trenches” and teaching others

Possess a relentless determination to make things happen

Communication skills that reach people

The base salary range for this position is $70,713 – $100,706.

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate’s total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
