We have an opportunity for a self-motivated, proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team in our Hanover, MD office.

Arranging travel plans

Coordinating meetings and maintaining a master meeting schedule

Preparing PowerPoint presentations

Maintaining executive SharePoint sites

Other administrative tasks as assigned

Bachelor’s degree is preferred

A minimum of 5 years of administrative experience

Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication skills

Proficiency with MS Office, specifically Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Must be detail-oriented, have strong proofreading skills, possess a get-it-done attitude, be able to meet changing schedules and deadlines

Must be a team player
