Medical Assistant

Description:

Medical Assistant that will be doing the basic back office duties- rooming patients, taking vitals (manual blood pressure), etc. Cardiology experience is a plus but all skills can be taught if the candidate has the basics down. May be asked to help make follow up calls with patients and schedule their next appointment at times.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

2 years of experience in a medical office required

Prefer certification (CMA) but will consider candidates without if they have 2 years of experience. Will need to obtain within 1 year of going perm.

Completion of accredited medical assistant program
