Systems Engineer, Senior

Your Impact:

Jacobs is seeking a Systems Engineer to help coordinate our development, deployment, and maintenance of our services and systems to a government customer. The successful candidate will have a demonstrated experience working across multiple areas of the System Engineering lifecycle. Responsibilities of this position include:

Responsibilities :

Coordinate with Government customers and their representatives regarding program status and deliverables.

Conduct internal coordinate with multiple matrixed teams to ensure program success.

Build and maintain program plans and program schedules.

Maintain and manage update system documentation.

Build training material and conduct training sessions with system users.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

Active TS/SCI w/POLY required.

Bachelors in Business Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or similar degree.

8-years’ experience working within the Intelligence Community.

Demonstrated experience with System Engineering lifecycle.

Experience working within an incremental development framework.

Ability to coordinate within a diverse group of technical experts.

Must be willing to work on-site in Northern Virginia.

Preferred :

Demonstrated experience providing technical documentation and presentations to customers.

Working knowledge of Linux.

Experience with Kubernetes environments.

Current DoD 8570 IAT II Certification (Security) or higher certification or ability to obtain certification within 4 weeks of starting role.
