We are looking for world class electrical engineers to help us build the future of technology. In addition to the qualifications listed below, the ideal candidate will also exhibit the following behavioral traits:

The candidate will work closely with experienced FPGA experts to validate a design on FPGA platform. The design will be used as a vehicle to prove the cutting-edge counter measure technology in the next generation Programmable solution. The candidate will gain hands-on experience in RTL design and validation techniques.

The internship duration is 9 months with a possible extension of 1 year.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications and education to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your schoolwork/classes/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.

Minimum Education

Candidate must be an active student currently pursuing a Master’s or PhD degree or equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.

Minimum Qualification

3 months of experience or coursework in one of in the following:

Verilog RTL coding, FGPA implementation and debug.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience using EDA verification tools such as VCS, NCVerilog, Questa, etc.

Scripting language experience (e.g., TCL, Python, Perl, Shell etc.).

Experience in hardware security, including logic and IP obfuscation.

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in US, California: $63,000.00-$166,000.00

Salary range dependent on a number of factors including location and experience

Working Model

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
