
Facility Manager, Real Estate

We are seeking a Facility Manager, Western Region, to help drive the administration of our global real estate portfolio, from identification of potential locations, to lease administration, to site decommissioning. As a Manager in the Global Real Estate and Facilities team, you will be supporting approximately 22 West region locations. The role plays a vital part within the delivery of health and safety, reception/access, hard and soft services, projects and minor facility work, coordinating third party contractors on the delivery of services such as, but not limited to, waste removal, catering, cleaning, maintenance and security.
This role is based in either our office in Sacramento, San Francisco or San Diego, California, and reports to ICF’s Senior Director of Global Real Estate & Facilities.
As the Facility Manager, Real Estate, you will:
Support the Western Region Real Estate operations ensuring ICFs interests are served, risks are mitigated, and corporate objectives are met using strong analytical skills and strategic reasoning.
Ensure the delivery of facilities services to the business in the ICF Western Region including office management, catering services, mail services, print room facilities, stationery, local transportation, and cleaning services, and troubleshoot any issues as they arise.
Ability to build and foster relationships with location Property Management and Building Personnel.
Manage office Security Access Systems
Ensure Health and Safety protocols
Respond appropriately to emergencies or urgent issues as they arise.
Work together with the Facilities Director to plan and coordinate any installations (telecommunications, heat, electricity etc.) and refurbishments for Western Region offices.
Manage, mentor and train the local Facilities team of 3 employees.
Must be able to clearly communicate strategic options with internal business units, finance team members, and executive leaders (when needed).
What you will need:
8 years of experience in corporate Facilities Management
8 knowledge of facility management of commercial buildings
2 years of experience managing people.
Ability and willingness to travel nationally up to 25%

Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple assignments.
Ability to interact with corporate personnel and service providers at all levels.
Strong Microsoft suite skills (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Project)

Pay Range – There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The pay range for this position is :
$85,679.00 – $145,654.00
