What will you do?
Our company is made up of highly motivated problem solvers, innovators, thinkers, and doers. Our Recruiters are responsible for identifying, interviewing, and presenting qualified candidates for our clients open roles. To ensure your success, our recruiters take part in a comprehensive 13-week training program, surrounded by a positive and supportive environment that encourages everyone to help develop themselves and others. As a Recruiter you will…
Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing tools, including leading technology
Understand our clients business to best match the career goals of individuals with the clients hiring needs
Screen and interview qualified candidates; serve as the main point of contact throughout the entire recruiting experience
Partner with your management to identify top accounts, target skill sets, and key market segments
Build and maintain relationships with industry contacts to gain knowledge, generate referrals and sales leads
Maintain relationship with employees placed in positions – including performance feedback, networking, generating referrals, etc
Initiate onboarding process and support onboarding team throughout pre-start process
Negotiate unique compensation packages (wages, benefits, etc.) to attract and hire candidates for our clients needs
What are the benefits and pay?
Aston Carter offers a base salary of $45,000 with unlimited earning potential through commissions after the hourly training period. Upon one year of employment, you will also receive a raise in your base salary. Additional benefits include (but not limited to):

Initial base salary increases by $10,000 after one year of employment
Our top 10% of recruiters earned an average of $68,000 in their first year, $130,000 in the second, and $195,000 in year five.

What experience do you need?
Bachelors Degree, Military Experience or Associate Degree with professional experience
Customer service, leadership, or sales experience a plus
Successful collaboration in a team-oriented environment and high level of verbal and written communication
Previous sales/recruiting experience (including internships) is a plus!
