The preferred base location for this position, wouldbe in Palo Alto, CA, or Malvern, PA, but Remote candidates will be considered. Relocation will not be offered.

This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional,
looking for the next step in their career. As a Risk & InternalControl Professional , you will be responsible for:
Being the key point of contact for governance-relatedtopics within Ultrasound and be responsible for delegating directives, ensuringproper ownership, and reporting progress of internal controls.
Assist in drafting effective policies,procedures, processes, and controls necessary to be compliant with the SiemensHealthineers RIC Organization.
Preparing internal RIC reports and reviews forinternal stakeholders in business and regional management.
Support and assist with the adherence to the ERMprocess (identify, assess, respond, monitor & report) with the primary goalto support the company achieving its business objectives by addressing materialstrategic, operational, financial, and compliance-related risks andopportunities.
Prepare and support quarterly Risk and Internal ControlMeetings.
Leveraging your experience and view of the bigpicture, you will help drive central strategic initiatives and supportlocalization efforts.
Leading continuous improvement projects, with afocus on increasing transparency, efficiency, and maintaining the level ofassurance.
Supporting responsible business leaders inregards to completeness and relevance of risk registers, clear assignment ofresponsibilities and appropriateness/follow-up of mitigation measures.
Executing RIC trainings locally.
Preparing annual risk workshops with managementto identify and addresses new risks and opportunities.

You have an extensive project and processmanagement experience and successfully rolled out new processes, projects and/or tools.
You have a solid understanding of internalcontrols, internal audit practices, financial accounting, along with strongintellectual and analytical skills.
You have excellent written and communicationskills, with a high attention to detail, and a proven ability to prepare andpresent information to the executive management level.
You have demonstrated ability to manage multipleassignments, achieve deadlines and deliver quality results within a teamenvironment.
You have a strong focus on efficiency andprocess improvement, with the flexibility of being creative and thinking“outside the box”.
You have a proven ability to build strongpartnerships with teammates, key stakeholders, and business and functionalexperts and influence decision outcomes.
Required skills to have for the success of this role:
Bachelors degree or equivalent experiencerequired.
Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fieldpreferred. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CIA) is anasset.
Experience working in global environment is aplus.
Minimum of 5 years business experience, with 3years’ experience in accounting, finance, or auditing is a plus.
Willing to travel up to 20% of the time.
The pay range for this position is $140,000 – $160,000 annually;
however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills,
and experience. The annual incentive target is (X%) of base pay. Siemens Healthineers offers a variety of
