Licensed Plumber Subcontractors

re:fab is looking for licensed plumber/plumbing firms to work as a subcontractor for commercial and residential projects in a part-time capacity

In this position, the plumber will be responsible for all aspects of installation, inspection, operation, and repair of the plumbing systems for our commercial and residential renovation division. Our ideal candidate must be familiar with various types of commercial and residential plumbing systems.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with our estimating team on job quotes

Installation of plumbing systems for commercial and residential projects

Work with our operations team to obtain permits for plumbing work to be performed

Keep up to date with current safety regulations and requirements for the various plumbing systems that we install

Work carefully to follow all current regulations for plumbing work to ensure that all installed systems pass inspection

Work collaboratively with the re:fab estimating and operations team

Keep detailed reports of work completed and report daily logs to re:fab team

Complete jobs on time and budget

Comply with all company policies and procedures, and adhere to company standards and safety program

Qualifications:

Friendly and professional customer service skills

Effective communication & writing skills

State master plumbers license

Liability Insurance

Workers Comp Insurance

Disability Insurance

Auto Insurance

Professional plumbing experience (5-10 years preferred)

Safety practices and first aid

Able to work both independently and as part of a team

Ability to work in a face-paced & evolving environment

Applicant MUST have a reliable & insured truck or van to travel to and from job sites
