The Focused Solutions division adheres to a 9/80 work schedule, with every other Friday off. In a two-week period, employees will work 9 hours per day, Monday through Thursday, the first week Friday is an 8-hour workday, while the second week Friday is off.

PRIMARY EMPLOYMENT OBJECTIVES

The Shipping, Receiving & Stockroom Coordinator is responsible for outbound shipments, receipt & processing of incoming materials, and production control of all material in stock and work-in-process (WIP).

SPECIFIC ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

People:

Support Manufacturing, Engineering, and Administration with overall company shipping, receiving, and material delivery needs

Work closely with Supply Chain Manager, and others using planning & logistics, to ensure accurate ERP transactions and related paperwork are provided for all internal material movement and external shipments, inclusive of Pick Lists, BOL, CI, Packing Slips, etc.

Interface with freight carriers and brokers, including the booking of LTL and FTL shipment pickups

Record and distribute shipping tracking information to team members daily

Process:

Process incoming shipments (unloading trucks, validating incoming material to documentation, matching purchase orders and completing system transactions in ERP (Infor Visual)

Move materials to the proper location for storage or manufacturing staging

Ensuring material is properly marked with required information, including part number, quantity, and date received

Use FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS shipping portals for incoming and outgoing deliveries

Process small carrier packages as needed

Sort materials and manufactured orders to either palletize or box for shipments

Wrap, strap, and take pictures (document) as required for shipments

Use Infor Visual ERP system to complete material transactions and maintain stockroom accuracy

Perform Monthly Cycle Counts

Close (backflush) Production Orders

Issue manufacturing materials to Production Job Orders (from Infor Visual ERP)

Release Production Work Orders upon completing material kitting

Process and store (put away) incoming material (BOM items and Expense items)

Performance:

Maintain Lot Batch Control of manufacturing jobs in Infor Visual

Maintain Physical Inventory at 98% accuracy or greater

Maintain 3PL material tracking control

Move materials to the proper location for storage & staging with correct quantities

Maintain work area 5S requirements

Operate fork lift in a safe manner

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL & EEXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Must have experience scheduling Fedex, UPS, and LTL.

Bar Code or QR code label software working knowledge (Bartender Loftware).

Microsoft Suite: Word, Excel (basic use), Email.

Fork lift operator license preferred; will provide training.

High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

Four years of related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating & maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Ability to work with minimum of supervision, including prioritizing of work.

WORK ENVIRONMENT (include physical requirements)

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms, talk or hear.

Frequently required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.

Must regularly lift and move up to 20 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.

Primarily in a warehouse and manufacturing work environment.

Work overtime as required.
