VMS Operations Specialist
Randstad, the largest staffing firm in the world, is investing in remote VMS Operations Specialists that will ensure effective solutions for our largest clients.
The VMS Operations Specialist ensures that we connect candidates to meaningful work in a consistent and compliant structure. In order to be responsive to our clients there are two shifts available 7-4 & 10-7ET.
Pay for this position ranges from $40,000-$50,000 and varies depending on many factors, but especially the candidate’s experience.
What you get to do:
Validate client setup for our largest VMS customers
Conduct weekly audits to reduce exposure
Execute billing transactions
Provide a single point of contact for addressing issues related to ongoing VMS operational support, system, and procedures
Utilize VMS systems to submit candidates to our clients with both speed & quality
Serve as Randstads representation for VMS talent unemployment claim hearings
Document all of the activities involved in putting people to work
What you need to bring
2 years of business experience
1 year of demonstrated success in recruiting and compliance
Demonstrated success in operation support within recruiting or customer service
Passion for accuracy and keen attention to detail
Ability to do multiple tasks at once
Experience utilizing digital tools and google suite applications
Great communication skills

The base salary range for this position is $40,000 – $56,913.

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate’s total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
