ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (A summary of the purpose of the position)
Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.
Receive, screen and process telephone calls/ facsimiles/internal and external.
Provide services in the reception area.
Handle confidential and controlled documents (complaints, financial reports, performance appraisal, etc. )
Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents, using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software.
EDUCATIONAL or EQUIVALENT REQUIREMENTS: (Minimum required to perform the job)
Associate degree or Technical College Degree
Bachelors degree preferred (in Human Resources)
1-4 years of office administration experience which provides the requisite knowledge, skills, and abilities for this job.
Bilingual (Spanish and English) is a must.
