$45 – $52/HR DOE $4,000 SIGN ON BONUS $5/hr Weekend Shift Differential Full-time or Part-Time 12 Hours Shifts DAY and NOC Available JOB SUMMARY:: A Registered Nurse (RN) working in our Skilled Nursing facility will provide day to day nursing care and ensure the safety of our residents while working to maximize their quality of life. This position will assist in the supervision of other healthcare workers including CNAs, CMAs and LPNs.: RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide primary care to residents with varying backgrounds and medical histories Obtain and administer prescribed medications and treatment in accordance with approved nursing techniques Ensure residents’ chart is current Assess resident for change of condition A Registered Nurse (RN) will assist with new resident admission process Keep residents’ family and physician informed of any changes in resident behavior, medications, or conditions of health Communicate needs of resident to outside providers including but not limited to: Primary Care Provider, Home Health Agency, Pharmacy, etc Complete incident and accident investigation in collaboration with other clinical personnel.
