Madigan Army Medical Center is seeking a Peformance Improvement Coordinator (RN) to join our growing team! The Peformance Improvement Coordinator serves as the Registered Nurse Consultant and Subject Matter Expert for the Medical Centers performance improvement program.

Provides leadership for the development and integration of the Quality and Performance Improvement (PI) program and Medical Staff support functions.
Supervises/coordinates the development, coordination, implementation and monitoring of PI and The Joint Commission activities for the hospital.
Collaborates with medical staff department Chiefs to develop outcomes based performance improvement programs for specific patient populations.
Develops systems to streamline and coordinate PI data collection, monitoring and reporting to administration, the medical Staff and quality committees.
Using advances clinical nursing skills and experience, educates and assists Department leaders to implement their clinical PI programs.
Facilitates and leads PI Teams; performs and report findings of Root Cause analysis as needed.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Must be a US Citizen.
Must have a current, active, full, and unrestricted license or registration as a professional Nurse.
Must have one or more full years of professional nursing expereince related to the duties of the position.
