Responsibilities
We have an opening for a part-time anesthesiologist to join our collaborative care team at St. Joseph Medical Center (https://www.vmfh.org/our-hospitals/st-joseph-medical-center) in Tacoma, WA. St. Joseph Medical Center is a level II trauma regional medical center with 374 beds. Procedures include OB, thoracic, vascular, general surgery, orthopedics, trauma, and ENT. Call schedule includes approximately 2 overnight 12 hour shifts and 2 home backup calls per month.
Qualifications
Completed ACGME Accredited Anesthesiology Residency
Board Certified Anesthesiology (ABA) or eligible and will become board certified within 24 months of training completion.
State of Washington Medical License
Ability to obtain a DEA with full prescriptive authority needed for specific practice
