How Is This Role Important to Our Work: The Product Manager – Group Markets position will support group markets product management, including, but not limited to annual product renewal technical setup and support. A Day in the Life: Build and support positive relationships with internal and external business and vendor partners. Participate in annual product renewal technical set up, including enGen platform system updates (CIS, Benefit Set-up, etc.), and government template and forms population and validation. Support annual product planning and product filing work. Work with Group Markets Product team to validate open enrollment collateral and Sales materials. Assist with creating vendor, sales, and operational training materials for internal and external audiences Nice to Have: Knowledge of the health care industry and/or insurance. Bachelors Degree Required Skills and Experience: 3 years of related professional experience. All relevant experience including work, education, transferable skills and military experience will be considered. Ability to analyze data and feedback to transform information into program strategies. Exceptional and demonstrated ability to build strong working relationships with vendor partners and internal and external business partners. Demonstrated ability to work independently and handle a variety of responsibilities. Highly organized and detail oriented with ability to shift priorities as business demands require. Proven ability to think and plan strategically; Self-motivated with strong initiative to learn. Excellent verbal and written communication skills coupled with facilitation and presentation abilities. Demonstrated process and quality improvement experience. Role Designation: Teleworker Role designation definition: Teleworking is working full time remote.
