Job Description In this job, you will have the responsibility of managing and maintaining business relationships with specific accounts on a global scale. You will serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding order management, and you will coordinate with relevant departments to fulfill customer special requirements such as invoicing, packing, transportation, and labeling. This position requires a proactive approach to order processing, monitoring customer orders, and troubleshooting when necessary. You must ensure that contractual agreements between customers and the company are strictly followed. It is important to identify customer needs and sales opportunities to maximize sales growth. You will need to be knowledgeable in all areas of sales and distribution from order entry to shipping through participation in marketing, sales, credit, advertising, and product development processes as related to your accounts. Furthermore, you will collaborate closely with other Specialty Account Representatives and provide backup support as needed. Qualifications A.A. Degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school and 2 years related experience/training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum 1 year experience in order management. Account Management and Vendor Compliance experience preferred. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong Computer Skills (Word, Excel, Internet, e-mail) Movex or ERP Experience Experience in Customer Service and Sales Ability to coordinate multiple aspects of an account with multiple departments to achieve customer satisfaction Additional Information Red Wing Shoes is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
