Job Description

5 years of experience HW/Electrical Engineer – Degree

A good understanding of change management process – doing engineering change requests, updates to bill and materials

Digital design (micro processor or micro controller)

Day to day:

Making tools that are hand held that connect with a vehicle

Be able to design new circuit boards

Finding replacement parts and components – RAM, resistors, ect.

Verification and Validation – do the verification and validation or delegate it to a technician

Will be designing new circuit boards

They will go into SAP and do bill and materials

Work with microprocessor and microcontroller connecting microprocessor to RAM, to flash, etc.
