Overview

Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with competitive benefits and NEW wages ranging from $28.66 – 30.58 per hour . All Wage determinations will be based on similar experience. Evening and night shift differential pay

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) performs a variety of professional nursing duties in compliance with the Comprehensive Home Care regulations and follows established policies and procedures for our Skilled Nursing Facility (transitional care and long term care).

Full-time Nursing schedule includes;

60 hours every 2 weeks, every third weekend rotation

Day-early evening, 12 hour shifts

Lake City Care Center in SouthEast Minnesota is owned by the Mayo Clinic Health System with the daily operations managed by Ebenezer. The care center is connected to a Mayo clinic and hospital in Lake City, MN so residents dont have to leave the building for a clinic appointment or emergency care if needed.

Responsibilities/Job Description

Provides professional nursing cares and treatments

Monitors work and performance of unlicensed staff

Maintains current observation and documentation of resident health status

Qualifications

Required:

MN LPN licensure by start date

AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers by start date

Able to work independently

Good communication and interpersonal skills Preferred:

Previous healthcare experience

Comfortable using computers, hand held devices, phones and fax machine

Vaccination Update
