Cnc Apprentice

Hiring CNC Operators/Set up machinists in the Isanti/Cambridge area! Starting pay for this position is $18.00 – $23.00/HR (paid weekly) with an opportunity to grow and advance your career within the manufacturing industry.

Description:

CNC machine operation in a manufacturing environment. Multiple sections of facility for different product lines and type of control systems.

Will load raw material into the machine

Employees will utilize micrometers and calipers to inspect the parts as they come off

Working off basic work instructions

Employees may be working with some automatic and robotic arm machines

Qualifications:

Prefer experience in manufacturing, However, do not REQUIRE that experience.

Prefer candidates who have experience inspecting parts in manufacturing, utilizing hand tools like micrometers and calipers. They do not REQUIRE that experience.

Looking for the level of interest that someone shows in learning their machines. If someone can clearly articulate in an interview WHY they are interested in learning machine operating, ask really good questions, ask for the job – they prefer that to someone who has lots of experience, but shows little excitement or interest.
