world. Job Purpose: We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to
join our team in Turtle Lake, WI. In this role you will lead assigned
programs to meet scope, schedule, safety, environment, quality, and
financial deliverables of each program. This position requires someone
who is self-motivated; result oriented and welcomes the responsibility
to lead groups of people including internal and external partners.
Nature of Duties: Serve as the site liaison between the company and the
customer to ensure customer needs are met from a commercial standpoint.
Manage the development and implementation process of the companys
products and services providing site based commercial management and
customer service support to internal and external customers. Coordinate
departmental or cross-functional teams, focused on meeting customer
expectations for new or upgrading existing products. Monitor and
effectively communicate the project from initiation through delivery
with the collaboration of other disciplines while meeting or exceeding
financial goals specific to that program. Ensure all program-related
decisions are guided by the terms and conditions of the customers
contract and in the best interests of Sanmina. Understand all aspects
required to launch a new program or order or to revise or upgrade
existing product. Responsible for customer management and satisfaction,
order management and delivery, revenue achievement, business issue
resolution (A/R, E&O mitigation and reduction, uPPV, Credit, RMAs),
and business development. Understand Sanmina offerings for vertical
integration and directs customer appropriately towards additional or
alternative Sanmina products or services. Drive all customer service and
satisfaction initiatives and coach other disciplines to support this.
Obtain accurate and timely data to support the order/forecast supply
commit process. Facilitate the resolution of any planning / ordering
conflicts with the customer and site. Improve order management
performance. Analyze customer forecast for accuracy issues. Drive
customer Key Performance Indicators, such as Operational, Quality, and
Material management metrics. Manage product EOL process with minimal
