PT Caregiver/Housekeeper

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Full-time/Part-Time shifts are available. Supportive
Home Care duties and personal care. Community Horizons is assisting with
the recruitment process of special individuals to help the participant
in Lac Du Flambeau, WI. The position will take place in the
participants home. The participant is friendly, talkative, and easy to
have a good relationship with. Hours can be part-time or full-time if
that is what you are looking for. Flexible hours to be worked out
between you and the participant looking for services. The wage is up to
$17.98 per hour but can be negotiable. Tasks for this position include
but are not limited to: Cleaning assistance Assistance with making bed
Laundry assistance Bathroom Cleaning Errands to the pharmacy or a quick
stop at the gas station. Personal Cares-assistance dressing,
bathing/showering Use of Hoyer lift Catheter Care and Bowel Program If
