Production Associate – 1st Shift

JOB REQUIREMENTS: – Work as a part of a team in the manufacturing and
assembly of windows and doors – Assemble an entire unit or component of
a unit – Work on production line to wrap, label, and load windows and
doors for delivery OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: –
Frequent lifting and carrying of 30-40lbs, and occasional lifting and
carrying up to 50lbs, occasional lifting up to 75lbs working with one or
more crewmembers where communication and teamwork is essential –
Occasional to frequent lifting and carrying of glass and occasional
lifting and carrying of assembled windows – Occasional to constant
walking, standing, twisting, bending, and grasping with hands – Shop
floor or factory assembly experience – Ability to read a tape measure –
Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills – Work in hot and humid
condition in the summer and cooler conditions in the winter – Work in
dusty and loud environment – Promote and follow all safety standards and
