Electronic Production Worker

Location: Hudson, WI

Rate: $17 – $18

Bonus: $6.60 per hour you work, after you get hired on

Contract to hire length: 90 days

Description:

Must be able to learn multiple things, will be train to learn multiple roles

Inspect PC Board

feed PC Board in machine

Must be open to learning how to operate and clean soldering machine

attention to detail is a must because they will be working with hot molten solder.

They will learn how to do different maintenances

They will also learn how to run the soldering machine. This consists of taking the board and laying it flat into the machine to check the quality

They will also run the Wave Soldering Machine.

Another area that they will be bouncing into is the assembly area. In this area candidates will be doing various kitting or light assembly. They will be putting on small pieces like lenses and buttons to alarms and phones to be shipped out.

Qualification

hand soldering, thru-hole and surface mount soldering is a plus, but not needed, if the person is going to be soldering they will have their own work station.

Someone must be able and willing to do some inspection visually and thru a microscope

This is a very family based company where if you don’t see the big picture you’re not going to see the end result

Must be proficient reading instruction, writing document and communicating with other team members
