
Concessions Staff – Seasonal

Do you enjoy working with youth and have a need to give back to the community? The Stateline YMCA is currently hiring seasonal, part-time Concession Staff. Join a forward-thinking non-profit organization in furthering our mission to provide programs that build healthy spirit, mind, and body for all.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Food prep and service in accordance with YMCA and Health Department regulations and guidelines
Operates equipment including, though not limited to, a microwave oven, nacho warmer, cash register, computer with cash drawer, mops, and other related equipment or appliances
Adheres to concession stand standards, including safety and cleanliness standards for inside and surrounding area around the stand.
Maintains positive relationships with children, parents, and other staff
QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience and Education
No prior experience or education required
Experience as cashier and/or with customer service helpful
Skills
CPR, First Aid and AED certification and/or experience a plus
Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of people from all social and economic segments of the community
