Worker 2, In Charge – Various Locations Full-time, Hourly Hourly Range:
$21.40- $22.78/hr Closing Date: 5/28/2023, or upon receipt of the
first 50 application submissions. Job Summary: Responsible for the
day-to-day operation and maintenance of a park unit to ensure quality
facilities and amenities and a safe environment; preserve and enhance
department assets; ensure quality service and product delivery. Work
Schedule:Must be flexible to workdays, evenings, nights, weekends, and
holidays as required. Job Duties Personnel Management – Participate in
and recommend hiring of seasonal park operations staff & provide daily
supervision including job assignments, performance appraisals, workforce
development, and establishing priorities to ensure the success of the
Park Unit and the Departments strategies. Turf and Grounds
Maintenance-Maintain Park green space to include, but not limited to,
mowing, trimming, fertilization, aerification, seeding, weeding,
