Summary: Under the direction of the Director and Manager of Patient
Relations, the Patient Relations Liaison is responsible for responding
and providing support to those patients and families that are in crises.
Serves as a liaison between physicians, staff, Administration and
patients/families. Serves as a source of support for patients, families
and significant others. Works proactively to resolves issues for those
patients and families in crises. Serves as part of the multidisciplinary
team of healthcare workers to bring acknowledgement and resolution to
Patient/Family complaints. EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION: A minimum of 3-5
years of inpatient clinical experience is required. EDUCATION
DESCRIPTION: Bachelors degree in Health Care or a related field is
