JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position Description: Every great life-changing

(MCW). As an Account Rep IV, you will provide guidance to determine
appropriate allocation of payments, rejection, adjustments, claims
submissions and/or follow-up. Train team members and monitor for
accuracy and efficiency. Identify, analyze and recommend solutions to
billing issues. Assist in team planning, goal setting and meeting
productivity deadlines. Ensure protocols and training materials are
current. Responsibilities Provide training for Account Representative
III positions. Monitor and identify issues to improve performance and
efficiency. Act as top tier for team escalation issues and resolve in
timely manner. Give written and oral presentation of new and updated
information. Compile statistics and summarize data for team, payers,
and special projects. Utilize data to make recommendations to resolve
issues and to assist in established goals. Complete special projects
as assigned by Supervisor. Knowledge – Skills – Abilities Knowledge of
quality control, customer service standards, information management,
procedural process, and recordkeeping. Computer, technical,
interpersonal, oral communication, listening, and patience skills.
Preferred Schedule: Position Requirements: Minimum Qualifications:
Appropriate experience may be substituted for education on an equivalent
basis. Minimum Required Education: High school diploma Minimum Required
