for good people who share our passion. Position Responsibilities
Identify, evaluate, test and implement new technologies for Ulines
warehouses. Educate operational leaders how technology works, can be
applied and fits into Ulines operations. Build relationships with
existing vendors, competing vendors and peer companies focusing on new
technology. Attend trade conferences, conduct vendor visits and webinars
to stay on top of latest technology. Define the scope to evaluate
technology in Uline distribution centers and warehouses. Work with
vendors to conduct pilot tests on a limited scale before large-scale
investment. Develop estimates and build business cases to implement.
Adapt technology based upon the lessons learned in pilot. Oversee
projects to their successful completion. Conduct site visits to
locations where technology is implemented. Negotiate contracts with
vendors. Minimum Requirements Bachelors degree. 10 years experience
in warehousing and safety. Travel to Ulines branch and international
locations, trade shows and vendor visits as needed. Benefits Complete
