Soft Wash Technician

JOB REQUIREMENTS: National construction company experiencing explosive

Technicians are the glue that holds our projects together. You will be
responsible for working as part of a team to complete multiple
residential exterior renovation projects from start to finish. While you
will no-doubt spend a large part of your time working on renovation
related activities, what sets our company apart is the heavy emphasis we

position will be fast paced, it will push you to stretch yourself both
professionally and personally, and it will offer you every opportunity

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
-MUST BE COACHABLE -Must be a self starter who can own a list of tasks
from start to finish -Must be able to distinguish between various
chemicals -Must be able to routinely lift up to 50 lb objects -Must be
able to climb ladders and follow ladder safety procedures -Pay serious
attention to detail and pride in work required -Must maintain
professional image -Able to load and unload trucks -Drive trucks to job
sites -Operate soft washing equipment -Be comfortable working outside
-Be able to physically handle a pressurized hose -Be comfortable with
height -Communicate with supervisors, co-workers, and office personnel
as needed -Being extremely responsive and attentive -Successfully
multi-tasking throughout the day, wearing multiple hats -Enjoy working
in a fast paced, quick thinking environment Position
Qualifications/Requirements: -Must have a valid drivers license and
vehicle -Highly motivated, energetic individual with a positive attitude
-Must be a team player and have excellent communication skills -Able to
make decisions under tight deadlines. -Must be able to work
independently -Must be able to effectively manage your calendar to
maximize the days to-dos -Must be able to navigate mobile technology
