Reimbursement Position Summary: Maintains building and property in clean
and orderly condition. Essential Functions: Maintains the facility and
associated paperwork to meet AIB-GFSI food safety and compliance
standards Manages inventory of cleaning supplies. Sweeps, mops, scrubs
and vacuums floors. Mixes cleaning solutions and chemicals in containers
in preparation for cleaning, according to instructions. Responsible for
sorting, bailing plastic, cardboard and emptying trash bins. Performs
other duties as assigned. Notifies managers regarding the need for
repairs or additions to building operating systems. Knowledge / Skills /
Abilities: Ability to read, write and communicate in English Ability to
read and understand information on a Material Safety Data Sheet, and
adhere to safety regulations and procedures Ability to work
independently and within team environment Must be able to operate
powered industrial vehicle (PIV), vacuum cleaner, lawn mower, gardening
tools and other various types of equipment. Must have basic computer
skills utilizing windows based software. Able to tolerate heights. BE
