of projects taking a project from inception to completion. 1.
Pre-project consulting 2. Job packaging in BuilderTrend 3. In-house
pre-construction conference 4. Pre-construction conference at project
site 5. Schedule 6. Manage jobs in progress 7. Review completed projects
8. Manage and stock shop supplies and tools 9. Provide development
guidance, coaching, and mentoring to associates. 10. Planning
OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: The PM manages the field staff,
trade associates, and suppliers with the goal is to ensure the highest
level of profitability and client satisfaction. The PM must have a
working knowledge of technical remodeling skills and possess good
management and communication skills. Knowledge of BuilderTrend a desired
