2 year(s) progressive professional roles involving information security or IT controls auditing, consulting or implementing IT solutions.

Preferred Knowledge/Skills :
Demonstrates thorough knowledge of security domains such as Security and Risk Management, Asset Security, Security Architecture and Engineering, Communication and Network Security, Identity and Access Management (IAM), Security Assessment and Testing, Security Operations, and Software Development Security; and Security, IT, and risk management frameworks, standards, and guidelines (e.g., NIST, COBIT, ISO 2700x).
Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success as a team leader:
Developing and executing control test plans/scripts;
Conducting stakeholder interviews and control assessments to determine if the controls are in place, operating as intended, and producing the desired results;
Auditing infrastructure and application controls around technology, information security, compliance, and operational processes;
Reviewing audit evidence and drawing appropriate conclusions;
Resolving multi-faceted problems by continuously applying significant independent judgment and by collaborating with others;
Reassessing immature or deficient controls to determine if the root cause has been corrected and material risks mitigated;
Communicating findings to management and gaining alignment on recommended solutions and action plans to address the identified findings with stakeholders;
Monitoring control implementation and risks to the organization for multiple compliance obligations;
Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to manage multiple projects and stakeholder relationships congruently and with autonomy; and,
Navigating a matrixed organization.
